As we set out to redesign and grow our brand presence across retail, eCommerce, and wholesale channels, we’re looking for a passionate and versatile Graphic Designer to help visually bring our story to life. About the Role
We’re seeking a mid-level Graphic Designer with strong packaging design experience and a flair for digital content creation. This is a highly creative, hands-on role responsible for executing all visual design needs across the company — from elegant packaging and product inserts to social graphics and signage. You’ll be embedded in the heart of our brand, collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, retail, eComm, operations, and culinary teams. One day you might be finalizing dielines for a holiday collection, the next you’re behind the lens in the chocolate factory capturing behind-the-scenes content. What You’ll Do
Graphic Design & Branding Design across a wide range of brand assets, including: Packaging: Chocolate boxes, belly bands, inserts, labels Digital: Email graphics, website banners, paid social ads, landing pages Retail Signage: Storefront vinyl, window clings, hours signage, etc. Translate creative briefs into on-brand, elevated visual executions Finalize and evolve the visual identity system in partnership with the Head of Marketing Prep final files for print and production (including dielines, bleeds, vector exports) Content Capture & Light Editing Regularly photograph and/or film on-site at our chocolate factory, bakery, and retail locations Capture process shots, b-roll, product-in-hand moments, and quick social video snippets Assist with assembling brand assets for campaigns, launches, or events What We’re Looking For
4–6 years of professional graphic design experience Portfolio that showcases strong packaging design and digital work Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; light Premiere or After Effects) Experience working with dielines, printers, and packaging vendors Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and color Comfortable shooting photo/video on a DSLR or high-end smartphone Ability to work onsite and move between factory, office, and retail locations A positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and creative curiosity Start-up centered mindset (we are a small team, and appreciate flexibility and a willingness to jump into new skillsets) Ability to work under pressure and meet close deadlines Ability to work successfully as both a member of a team and independently with minimal supervision Bonus Points
Experience with Figma or other collaborative design tools Motion graphics and video editing a plus Food, beauty, or lifestyle brand experience Familiarity with sensory-forward or luxury branding AI-curious mindset — you're open to experimenting with generative design tools and automations to speed up production without compromising craft Why Join Us?
