Job Summary

The Channel Marketing Manager partners with the Executive Director of Marketing to lead the growth and development of the Clé de Peau Beauté brand for the US market. The Manager develops and implements marketing strategies to build brand awareness, drive traffic to Clé de Peau Beauté’s distribution, maximize growth potential, drive long-term profitability and build brand equity. What You Will Do

Channel Strategy & Management: lead the development and execution of marketing plans and sampling strategy, including product launches, promotional activities and merchandising strategy. Retailer Programs: define and implement retailer marketing programs, manage presentations, calendars, merchandising, promotional programs, sampling, and channel-specific needs. Collaboration: partner with Media, Brand Marketing, eComm and Creative to develop channel-specific advertising, promotions, and supporting content. Opportunity Identification: identify and execute strategic marketing opportunities exclusive to the Channel as well as in-store and online branding programs with sales, events, visual merchandising, and integrated marketing. Sales & Performance: identify opportunities to increase sales, improve productivity and enhance the omni-channel experience; collaborate with Sales on tailored activations aligned with brand objectives. Analytics: analyze SKU and category performance in Channel to identify growth opportunities and provide feedback on major product launches and core business performance. Marketing & Promotions: oversee product launches and promotional activities in store and online; collaborate with Events on seasonal events; optimize programs; initiate merchandising and visual opportunities with the visual merchandising team; monitor industry best practices. Reporting & Budget: track campaign performance, gather field feedback, and manage budgets to ensure timely execution within financial guidelines. Team Management: lead direct reports, including Channel Marketing Coordinator and Intern. Who You Are

5+ years of marketing experience in beauty, retail or luxury. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field. Exceptional analytical skills and financial acumen. Strong execution, organization, communication and follow-through; detail-oriented with a sense of urgency and ability to manage deadlines. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills; adaptable, positive attitude. Ability to manage big-picture objectives with impeccable follow-through and time management; multi-tasking and complexity management. Strong oral, written, communication and presentation skills; knowledge of current marketing trends, media industry news, competitive landscape, and retail innovation.
