Role We’re seeking a

Marketing Operations Transformation Lead

to optimize our

Marketo tech stack , streamline campaign/program setup, and eliminate technical debt.

Key Responsibilities

Audit the current Marketo instance and propose key optimizations

Redesign campaign/program hierarchy for Salesforce sync & reporting

Clean up forms/landing pages & enforce best practices for MQL channels

Document processes into a scalable

Marketing Playbook

Research & prepare for emerging tools like

CDPs and AI solutions

What We’re Looking For

7+ years in Marketing Ops/Automation

Strong lead management & process design skills

Excellent collaboration across teams and time zones
