We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Senior Graphic Designer with a strong background in experiential marketing and brand activation. In this role, you will lead the design and execution of engaging visual concepts across events, retail, digital, and environmental touchpoints. You’ll collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and production teams to bring brands to life through immersive experiences. Responsibilities
Conceptualize and design experiential campaigns, events, and brand activations. Develop compelling visual assets across digital, print, environmental, and 3D spaces. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure creative solutions align with client objectives and brand guidelines. Lead design presentations, providing rationale and clear creative direction to internal teams and clients. Mentor and guide junior designers, maintaining high standards of craft and innovation. Qualifications
5+ years of design experience, preferably in an experiential or creative agency setting. Strong portfolio showcasing experiential, event, or environmental design work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with 3D/rendering tools (a plus). Ability to balance big-picture concepting with hands-on execution. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
