Senior Field Event Marketing Manager We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven marketer to own event programs from start to finish. This role develops and executes high-impact, integrated field and event marketing programs, including hosted events, roadshows, and strategic third-party industry sponsorships. The role requires deep B2B marketing knowledge, end-to-end event planning and logistics, and strong cross-functional collaboration to drive measurable business outcomes. Note: This role is remote within the United States. Responsibilities

Own the strategy, planning, execution, and success of the events channel for the Transportation and Warehousing vertical. Manage end-to-end event program planning and logistics, including vendor management, budget management, event promotions, sales enablement, data cleansing/tracking, KPI measurement, and maintenance of event assets. Forecast and report on event budgets and results, and extract learnings for continuous improvement. Facilitate timely event lead processing in Salesforce, measure impact, and produce post-event reports with insights. Maintain project management tools, event calendar, and processes used for managing event marketing programs and tradeshows. Support Samsara’s Private Sector sales teams and customers at the annual customer user conference, Beyond. Bring energy, creativity, and new ideas to build a successful event program. Minimum: 8+ years of relevant experience in field or event marketing, and 5+ years in B2B high-tech products/solutions; strong project management and organizational skills. Proven ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners; strong business judgment and data-driven decision-making; proficient with CRM or Marketing Automation. 5+ years of experience marketing to Samsara’s industries (Transportation, Construction, Manufacturing, Field Services). Self-motivated, strategic thinker who can execute tactically; passion for results, measurement, and ROI optimization. Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment and manage multiple projects within deadlines. Samsara Compensation Philosophy

The compensation program aims to deliver Total Direct Compensation (base salary, bonus/variable, RSUs) at or above market. A new hire RSU award may be given at hire, with additional RSU refresh grants annually for eligible roles. Base salary ranges are location-dependent and may vary by city and experience. Base pay range:
