Mission of the Role As the Marketing Director of Brand, Content & Communications, you will be the chief storyteller and architect of our brand identity. Your mission is to build a beloved, trusted brand for local entrepreneurs in the U.S. and beyond. You will translate our vision into a compelling narrative, create world-class content, and foster a vibrant community, ultimately driving top-of-funnel growth and deep customer connection. Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy Develop and own the end-to-end brand strategy, including positioning, messaging, visual identity, and tone of voice, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and customer experiences. Develop and execute a content strategy that engages, and converts our target audience. Lead the creation of a diverse content: product narratives, customer case studies, video scripts, and web copy. Oversee content SEO strategy to ensure our content ranks for key topics and drives organic growth. Craft compelling press materials, including press releases, briefing docs Develop the social media strategy to grow our presence and engagement across key platforms. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in brand, content, and communications, with a proven track record in B2B SaaS or technology-focused companies. A proven 0-to-1 builder with experience launching brands or products in the U.S. market. Exceptional bilingual (English & Chinese) communication and writing skills. Deep understanding of U.S. consumer culture, media landscape, and marketing channels. Seniority level
