As the Communications Lead for PacSci, you will lead both internal and external communications to strengthen employee engagement, elevate the PacSci brand, and support business growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing integrated communications strategies that connect employees to purpose, amplify leadership priorities, and promote PacSci’s innovation and impact across the aerospace and defense sectors. PacSci – Communications Lead Purpose of the Role Reports to: President PacSci and collaborates closely with PacSci leadership, HR, Marketing, and Ralliant Communications team. As the Communications Lead for PacSci, you will lead both internal and external communications to strengthen employee engagement, elevate the PacSci brand, and support business growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing integrated communications strategies that connect employees to purpose, amplify leadership priorities, and promote PacSci’s innovation and impact across the aerospace and defense sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a unified communications strategy that supports PacSci’s business goals and aligns with Ralliant’s broader communications framework.
Lead internal communications that engage employees, reinforce culture, and support change initiatives.
Drive external communications including media relations, thought leadership, and brand storytelling.
Own PacSci’s social media presence—developing content, managing publishing cadence, and growing engagement across platforms to showcase innovation, talent, and impact.
Partner with PacSci leadership to craft clear, compelling messaging for employees, customers, and external stakeholders.
Create and manage content across multiple channels including intranet, email, social media, and executive communications.
Support leadership visibility through events, speaking opportunities, and digital platforms.
Track and report on communications effectiveness using analytics and feedback to continuously improve impact.
Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and Ralliant’s central Communications team to ensure consistency and alignment.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in communications, public relations, or marketing, preferably in a global or industrial environment.
Proven ability to lead integrated communications strategies across internal and external audiences.
Strong writing, storytelling, and content development skills.
Demonstrated experience managing social media strategy and execution.
Experience working with senior leaders and managing agency partners.
Global mindset
Proficiency in digital communications tools and performance analytics.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.

Compensation & Benefits This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.
Pay Range: The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 89,200.00 - 165,600.00.
ITAR & Eligibility The essential duties of this position require adherence to U.S. Government export control regulations. Accordingly, candidates must either be U.S. Persons or be prepared to collaborate with the company in securing the necessary U.S. government export authorizations. Ongoing employment is dependent upon obtaining the appropriate government export authorizations.
