Group Product Manager II - FARAPULSE Integration

will set the strategic direction and business objectives for Boston Scientific's FARAPULSE Integration business. This individual will lead the formulation and execution of comprehensive business plans, bringing innovative solutions to market and driving adoption in the >$15B EP Market. The role requires strong leadership to guide a team of product managers, optimize market execution, and support commercial success across both single-use devices and capital systems. Your responsibilities

Establishes analytic-driven business objectives including market understanding, segmentation, targeting, product positioning, and message development. Creates innovative downstream marketing programs and tools to deliver value for the Sales Team, supporting both consumables and capital systems. Develops and executes launch strategies for entry into the Cardiac Ultrasound Market, including hiring, coaching, and developing product management talent. Formulates actionable, integrated business and commercialization plans, ensuring alignment with portfolio strategy, technology roadmaps, and market development goals. Oversees execution of business plans through targeted strategies, tactics, and annual operational budgets. Directs the use of marketing science tools to assess markets, identify barriers, and design strategies to mitigate technical, operational, economic, and regulatory challenges. Identifies and evaluates franchise business development opportunities. Partners with Sales and Clinical teams to craft training plans for commercial launches and global adoption. Spends significant time in the field to gather clinical insights and strengthen physician relationships. Develops supply chain forecasts and long-range revenue projections. Crafts global training strategies to drive perception and adoption of capital solutions. Builds strong cross-functional stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and execution. Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of professional experience in the medical device industry. Experience in commercial launch planning in competitive markets. Demonstrated success in building teams and developing talent. Proven downstream marketing expertise in product management, sales engagement, and campaigns. Strong analytical and strategic planning skills, with the ability to craft and execute business plans. Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects. Ability to develop clinical expertise in medical devices and engage with physicians effectively. Demonstrated experience in customer needs analysis within medical device markets. Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically with potential for international assignments. Preferred qualifications

EP Mapping/PFA experience strongly preferred. Advanced degree such as MBA or Master’s. Prior sales experience within medical devices. Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with cross-functional teams. Proven ability to drive global product adoption and market success. Work mode

Minimum Salary: $133,700; Maximum Salary: $254,000 The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above. Additional compensation information
