What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Ensure assigned Tier 2 & Tier 3 providers have a Provider Engagement plan to meet annual quality and risk adjustment performance goals
Drive provider partner coaching and collaboration to improve quality performance and risk adjustment accuracy through consistent meetings and action plans
Address challenges in the practice environment that impede program goals and propose solutions to improve health outcomes
Facilitate provider participation in risk adjustment and quality efforts and the use of the Provider Collaboration Portal
Track engagement and training activities using standard tools to measure effectiveness across Health Plans
What is Required (Qualifications)
Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
1-3 years of experience in healthcare with a minimum of 1 year improving provider quality performance through engagement or managed care quality improvement
Working knowledge of quality metrics and risk adjustment practices across all business lines
Demonstrated data analytic skills
Operational knowledge and experience with PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in practice transformation or equivalent roles
Strong leadership skills
