POSITION SUMMARY:

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for handling all aspects of talent sourcing and recruiting for assigned requisitions, and for building and maintaining relationships with Hiring Managers, Human Resources, community organizations, and other recruiting sources. The role develops creative recruiting ideas using traditional and non-traditional sourcing strategies to identify and recruit candidates for positions at all levels. The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a critical role in helping the Company hire the best possible talent. Responsibilities

Coordinate full-cycle recruiting for open positions, including assisting managers with candidate identification, interviewing, and selection. Source and engage qualified candidates using traditional and non-traditional methods (social media, job boards, networking, campus recruiting, job fairs, university relations, etc.) to build a pool of active and passive candidates. Manage candidate engagement and provide a positive candidate experience; maintain responsive communication and advocate for candidates. Obtain feedback from candidates and hiring managers regarding the recruitment process and candidate fit. Deliver and negotiate employment offers. Maintain tracking of requisitions and applicant activity. Assist other Talent Acquisition Partners as needed, including leading presentations at local universities, recruitment events, and community group meetings to raise awareness of the Company and opportunities. Develop networks through industry contacts, university relations, association memberships, trade groups, and other sources to maximize recruitment resources. Comply with Company policies and guidelines related to sourcing, recruiting, and selection. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Experience supporting client groups in a Fortune 500 environment. Knowledge of federal and state employment laws. High-energy, people-focused, and passionate about recruiting. Ability to work independently with limited supervision and in a team setting. Strong prioritization and organizational skills. Proficient with business software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Minimum Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of recruiting, sourcing, or human resources experience. At least 1 year of experience working with and up-to-date knowledge of sourcing and recruiting through an applicant tracking system. This position is a hybrid role. The Talent Acquisition Partner will be required to work onsite 4 days per week, with the option to work 1 day per week remotely. Rewarding Compensation And Benefits
