Architect and lead enterprise ArcGIS-based solutions for mapping healthcare clients and providers. Develop and enforce governance policies, workflows, metadata standards, and QA processes. Manage and integrate GIS datasets (demographic, socioeconomic, health, program data). Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, and data scientists to align geospatial solutions with public health goals. Mentor GIS analysts and developers on ArcGIS best practices for analysis, mapping, and visualization. Deliver advanced spatial analyses, dashboards, and interactive mapping tools for executive leadership. Oversee SQL Server enterprise geodatabases, ArcGIS integrations, and related tools. Prepare and present reports, documentation, and technical recommendations to leadership. Skills & Experience
SQL Server Enterprise Geodatabases (ArcGIS integration) — 5+ years Python and SQL scripting — 5+ years Medicaid, public health, or social services datasets — Moderate Agile / Scrum project experience — 2+ years GIS Certifications (Esri, GISP, etc.) — 1+ years GeoAI, LLMs, generative AI for geospatial data — 1+ years Snowflake Data Warehouses and ArcGIS integration — 1+ years Custom web-based GIS tools development — Moderate
