Palm Beach Gardens, FL About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Digital Marketing & Content Growth to lead demand generation, digital campaigns, and content strategy for a fast-growing organization in the workplace recognition and employer branding space. This role is responsible for driving MQLs, SQLs, and certified client profile traffic by owning the digital funnel end-to-end from site optimization and SEO to paid campaigns, content packaging, and analytics. The ideal candidate is a pipeline-obsessed marketing leader who combines execution speed with strategic vision. You will be expected to bring your own playbook, stack, and proven methods to deliver results quickly and scale consistently. Key Responsibilities Demand Generation: Build and execute digital campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, SEO, social) to drive MQLs and SQLs. Website & Conversion Optimization: Overhaul key pages (homepage, list pages, company profiles) to improve applications and conversions. Content Strategy: Package executive thought leadership (books, research, video, podcasts) into multi-channel campaigns that fuel pipeline. SEO & AI Visibility: Own end-to-end SEO and ensure presence across Google and AI knowledge platforms. Analytics & Reporting: Create dashboards to track traffic, conversions, and ROI; use data to continuously optimize. Team Leadership: Manage in-house and external resources, audit performance, and build a high-performing blended marketing team. Qualifications 7+ years of digital marketing experience, including demand generation, SEO, and content marketing. Proven success driving measurable pipeline growth (MQLs, SQLs, applications, conversions). Strong track record in website optimization and campaign execution with quick turnaround. Proficiency with HubSpot, GA4, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, SEO tools (Semrush, Apollo, etc.), and AI-driven marketing platforms. Experience packaging executive/founder-led content into marketing campaigns. Demonstrated leadership in building and managing marketing teams/vendors. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
