We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Associate Key Account Manager to develop and manage relationships with key customers in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and laboratory consumables sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales mindset, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to drive business growth through strategic customer engagement. Key Responsibilities
1、Achieve/exceed sales targets and KPIs to contribute to company growth. 2、Conduct a specified number of daily field calls to potential & existing key account customers to generate leads and build strong relationships with key accounts in the biotech, pharma, and laboratory consumables sectors. 3、Generate sample orders on a weekly basis and actively follow up with customers to convert samples into sales orders. 4、Identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base in SFO and other assigned sales territories. 5、Build and maintain long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to drive product adoption and strengthen brand loyalty. 6、Complete and submit weekly reports, KOL follow-up reports, and other required working reports promptly and accurately. 7、Support clients by understanding their needs, providing product solutions and quotation, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 8、Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to potential and existing clients. 9、Work closely with supervisor and operation team to deliver customized solutions to key accounts. 10、Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and potential growth areas. 11、Represent Chanshow Biotech at industry events, trade shows, and conferences across US. 12、Handle customer complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution through effective internal and external communication. 13、Adapt to changes in assigned sales territories based on company business and organizational needs, demonstrating flexibility and agility. 14、Perform additional tasks assigned by the supervisor and CEO as necessary. Requirements
1、Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required). 2、This position requires approximately 80% travel, primarily within your assigned sales region, with additional travel across the United States as required by business needs. 3、1-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development (preferably in biotech or lab consumables). 4、Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 5、Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6、Highly motivated with a customer-centric mindset and a results-driven approach. 7、Willingness to travel within the SFO area or other assigned sales area for client meetings and industry events. 8、Ability to conduct a minimum number of daily field calls to potential key account customers as part of outreach and business development efforts. 9、Experience in managing sample orders, following up to drive conversions, and nurturing long-term customer relationships. 10、Ability to develop strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to enhance market influence and brand recognition. 11、Strong organizational skills with the ability to complete and submit weekly reports, KOL follow-up reports, and other working documents in a timely manner.
