What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Review and quality-check design request forms for accuracy and completeness
Communicate with internal teams and external vendors to gather necessary assets
Help prioritize and prepare creative requests for the design team
Assist designers with light production tasks, including video content and basic animations
Organize and prepare final files for delivery or deployment
What is Required (Qualifications)
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of digital ad formats, file specifications, and asset requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Comfortable with tools like Google Web Designer or HTML5
