Your Role on the Team You’ll be a key part of our client’s in-house creative agency, focused on delivering insight-driven, best-in-class campaigns that elevate the brand across global platforms. As Associate Creative Director (Art), you will: Lead the visual identity and execution of major campaigns—from concept to final asset delivery. Collaborate with designers, illustrators, photographers, and vendors to bring ideas to life through exceptional art direction. Ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across digital, social, film, and print. Translate strategic briefs into compelling visual narratives that connect with diverse global audiences. Champion visual storytelling, craft, and innovation by leveraging current trends and emerging design technologies. Direct and inspire senior and junior creatives, fostering a collaborative and creatively ambitious environment. Guide the creative vision in campaign reviews and approvals, upholding the highest standards of design and execution. Collaborate closely with strategic and production teams to bring fully integrated campaigns to life. Own the creative review process with key stakeholders and external agencies. What You Bring A strong portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns and visual systems across various media formats. Proven experience leading creative teams and directing the work of cross-functional collaborators (illustrators, photographers, motion designers, vendors). Expert-level skills in visual storytelling, typography, layout, and brand identity systems. Background in advertising or creative agencies with a demonstrated ability to lead conceptual advertising work from brief to execution. Excellent presentation skills with the ability to inspire and engage senior stakeholders. Strong ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. A collaborative spirit, strategic thinking, and a growth mindset. The target hiring compensation range for this role is $65.00-$80.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
