Executive Assistant to the CEO — Boulder, CO. Full-Time, On-site. Ascend Analytics is the leading provider of market intelligence and analytics solutions for the energy transition. The company offers forecasts and insights to support decision makers in power supply, procurement, and investment markets for renewable, storage, and other assets. Compensation: $90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr base pay, plus equity. Negotiable based on qualifications and experience. Responsibilities
Be an executive\'s right hand: Provide high-level executive support, handling complex and confidential projects with discretion and efficiency. Own the schedule: Manage a dynamic calendar, prioritize meetings, and ensure seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Maximize impact: Establish priorities, optimize time management, and enable the executives to focus on high-value initiatives. Problem-solve on the fly: Navigate an ever-changing environment with agility, identifying opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiency. Enhance communication: Act as a liaison between executives and key business partners, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and alignment across teams. Take initiative: Engage in special projects, tackle challenges head-on, and proactively seek ways to improve operations. What You Bring
Experience & Expertise: 8+ years in executive support roles (Executive Assistant, Corporate Administrator, or similar). Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint & Word) and strong digital tool navigation. Proactive Mindset: Anticipate needs, solve problems before they arise, and stay ahead. Organized & Detail-Oriented: Manage multiple priorities with precision and adaptability. Self-Sufficient and Team-Oriented: Independently manage tasks while collaborating across departments to support team goals. Collaborative & Professional: Interact with executives, clients, and stakeholders with poise and diplomacy. Passion for Renewable Energy: Interest in contributing to a sustainable future.
