Director of Marketing Analytics

to lead our marketing analytics strategy. This role will develop and execute advanced analytical frameworks, including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), marketing campaign analytics, and omnichannel orchestration to drive strategic decision-making and optimize marketing investments. The Director will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights that enhance ROI and accelerate business growth. Key Responsibilities

Marketing Mix Modeling and optimization: Design and operationalize MMM to measure channel impact on leads and priority KPIs; translate statistical findings into budget optimization plans and scenario guidance. Use model outputs to recommend adjustments to marketing strategies. Campaign Analytics: Manage Marketing Tactic measurement framework, including Test & Learn, pilots, Brand Lift, and A/B testing. AI-Enabled Analytics: Incorporate GenAI and ML solutions where value is added, such as automating omnichannel orchestration, running predictive models, or enabling self-serve analytics for marketers. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with media, strategy, and Brand teams to align analytical approaches with business objectives and drive data-driven decision-making. Vendor Management: Lead data science efforts and work with cross-functional teams to manage campaign analytics data from diverse sources, using languages like R and Python to conduct rigorous analyses and present findings. Reporting & Visualization: Partner with the Center of Excellence to manage the Marketing 360 dashboard and create visualizations that clearly present insights to senior stakeholders; provide regular updates on tactic performance. Research & Innovation: Stay current with industry trends and best practices; propose and implement innovative techniques to enhance analytical capabilities. Qualifications

Education: Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: 9+ years in data analysis with a focus on marketing mix modeling or related fields; demonstrated expertise in statistical methods to drive marketing insights. Bayesian methodologies are a plus. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, R, SAS, or MATLAB; experience with data visualization tools (Power BI is a plus). Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with solid understanding of statistical modeling techniques and their application in marketing. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders. Attention to Detail: Meticulous data accuracy and integrity. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Work Arrangement

This role is eligible for a hybrid work schedule with up to 2 days/week telecommuting and 3 days/week in our Bridgewater, NJ corporate office. Legal and Compliance

Starting pay is between $170,000.00 and $230,000.00. The actual base salary offered depends on factors including experience. U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives, medical/dental/vision insurance, disability and life insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, tuition reimbursement (select degrees), holidays, and well-being benefits. Sick time, floating holidays, and paid vacation may also be available.
