In short As our Lead - Campaign Design, you will shape immersive retail experiences that capture the essence of our brand across North America's DTC Retail spaces. Reporting to the Head of Brand Design on the Creative Studio team, you will translate global brand campaigns into compelling, localized storytelling in our physical spaces and lead the design of these campaigns with internal and external partners. Responsibilities
Adapt and localize global brand campaigns, tailoring their design and storytelling to create impactful, multi-door retail experiences across North America Elevate the On retail environment by applying 3D design expertise to translate creative concepts into technical drawings, visualizations, and prototypes for physical spaces Oversee the end-to-end design and execution of campaign activations for new store openings, pop-ups, and special events across the retail ecosystem Serve as the primary point of contact for external creative agencies, leading the workflow, providing clear direction, and managing feedback to ensure exceptional, scalable campaign executions Collaborate with global and regional teams across Visual Experience, Retail, Marketing, and Production to ensure a cohesive and impactful brand presence at every consumer touchpoint Champion creative problem-solving and push boundaries to create dynamic, forward-thinking retail spaces Your story
6+ years of experience in campaign or retail experience design for a premium, multi-door DTC business Portfolio showcasing technical skills in 3D design, drawing, and rendering with emphasis on retail environments and physical spaces, including windows, in-store spaces, and pop-ups Innovative and entrepreneurial thinker who translates new ideas into tangible, executed designs that showcase premium brand positioning Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work on tight deadlines with precision and detail Proven track record of partnering with and leading external agencies to bring complex designs to life at scale by translating brand vision into actionable direction Adept at navigating matrixed organizations, collaborating across global and regional teams to achieve shared goals What We Offer

Typical cash compensation range for this position inclusive of base + bonus: $99,000-$124,000.
