Law Firm Associate or Of Counsel Attorney (Commercial Transactions) role at Latitude Legal. Drafting, reviewing, red-lining and negotiating commercial contracts. Managing RFP processes and coordinating with clients and stakeholders. Basic Requirements for the Commercial Contracts Attorney
3+ years of law firm experience with an Am Law, leading regional or boutique firm Demonstrated experience in commercial construction transactions and/or commercial contracting for power, energy and/or industrial clients Experience drafting, reviewing, red-lining and negotiating agreements and managing RFP processes Excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school Excellent analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills Licensed to practice law in Georgia Outstanding professional references Position Details
