Position summary: The Digital Marketing Specialist supports the execution of digital marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. The role works across web, social media, email, and paid channels to implement digital campaigns, maintain content, analyze performance data, and support digital transformation projects.
Responsibilities
Digital Strategy Execution: Develop and implement digital marketing activities, including social media, paid media, and email campaigns aligned with brand strategy and lead generation goals.
Contribute to and execute digital marketing plans by providing analytical support for brand and top-of-funnel campaigns.
Support the implementation of digital transformational projects and create dashboards to track KPIs and performance improvement areas.
Channel and Technology Management: Analyze best practices and competitor benchmarks to guide channel performance.
Utilize A/B testing, customer insights, and internal feedback to improve digital touchpoints.
Manage and update websites and portals to ensure technical continuity and user engagement.
Content & Campaign Management: Create, maintain, and optimize webpages, landing pages, email templates, and digital assets using content management and automation tools (e.g., WordPress, Salesforce suite (Pardot/Account Engagement)).
Coordinate external communications for digital efforts, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
Customer and Market Insights: Conduct research and analyze customer segments, trends, and behavior to guide digital targeting and messaging strategies.
Support marketing channel integration and customer journey improvements by applying research, data, and benchmarking techniques.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign metrics, generate reports using tools like Google Analytics, Power BI, or similar, and share actionable insights with stakeholders.
Explore and analyze data to identify new opportunities or refine strategies.
Extract and visualize data (charts, dashboards, graphs) to support internal reporting and recommendations.
Brand & Internal Collaboration: Uphold brand guidelines across all digital platforms and provide guidance to stakeholders.
Build strong working relationships with cross-functional partners, including sales, product, and corporate communications.
Contribute to content and strategy for product launches, digital events, and industry promotions.
Capability Building & Professional Development: Continuously develop your digital skillset by attending industry events, training, and staying up to date on emerging tools and trends.
Contribute to the team's digital marketing capabilities and share best practices with peers.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Minimum of three years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in the chemical or B2B industrial sector.
Strong knowledge of digital tools and platforms: Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush, YoastSEO, SE Ranking, SpyFu, email marketing systems, Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot/Account Engagement.
Experience with website content management systems: Adobe Experience Manager.
Experience with Microsoft Suite and Asana.
Outstanding verbal and written communication, presentation, interpersonal, creative thinking, consulting, and analytical skills.
Ability to prioritize work to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving/decision-making skills.
Candidates must have a valid drivers license.
