About the Role:
Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investor Relations Associate. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating and managing marketing materials, including Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and other investor communications. This role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams within the firm.
Responsibilities: Develop and maintain marketing materials such as DDQs, RFPs, pitch books, and investor presentations. Coordinate and manage the preparation of investor reports and updates. Develop relationships with existing investors and be the point of contact for requests for information. Assist in the organization and execution of investor meetings, conferences, and events. Respond to investor inquiries and provide timely and accurate information. Collaborate with the investment team to gather and analyze data for investor communications. Maintain and update the investor relations database and CRM system. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field. 3-4 years of experience in investor relations, marketing, or a related role within the financial services industry. Strong understanding of private equity and investment management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with CRM systems and investor relations software is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
