Key Responsibilities And Duties

The Wealth Client Relationship Manager partners with Wealth Management Advisors to deliver client service and support high-net-worth clients. Under moderate supervision, this role operationally leads Wealth Management advisory teams to help high-net-worth clients achieve their financial goals. This includes managing a book of assigned clients, supporting the implementation of financial plan recommendations, and coordinating asset consolidation. Communicates clearly and succinctly, using interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills. Manages time and resources efficiently to bring value and excellence to clients. Builds meaningful relationships, supporting advisors to implement TIAA advice and planning solutions. All licenses and registrations must be obtained within 120 days from start date. Educational Requirements

University (Degree) Preferred Work Experience

2+ Years Required; 3+ Years Preferred FINRA Registrations

SRC Indicator: Series 7; Series 63; Series 65; Series 66 Licenses and Certifications

Life and Health Insurance License (Resident State) - Multiple Issuers required within 120 Days Physical Requirements

2025-10-08 Base Pay

Base Pay Range: $62,500/yr - $87,500/yr. Actual base salary may vary based on experience, time in role, internal peers, performance, business sector, and location. Compensation may include incentive programs. Equal Opportunity
