Our client is seeking an

Executive Assistant

to the President/COO in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment. This role requires exceptional judgment, adaptability, and discretion. You’ll manage a complex and constantly shifting workload- balancing executive support and office coordination. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure and brings a steady, proactive presence to a demanding executive office. Responsibilities

Calendar & Travel Management – Own the President/COO’s calendar, coordinate internal and external meetings, and handle complex travel and logistics (business and personal). AI-First Admin – Use AI tools to draft emails, generate research summaries, and automate recurring tasks. Presentation-Ready Deliverables – Build and polish executive-quality slide decks for board meetings, investor updates, internal briefings, and strategic planning sessions. Communication & Follow-Through – Screen messages, track action items, prep presentations, file expenses, and keep everything running behind the scenes. Office Coordination – Serve as the primary point person for our OC office and support operations at the remote Dallas location. Book conference rooms, manage onsite needs, and coordinate in-office logistics. Cross-Team Support – Provide light support to other execs (travel booking, offsite planning, ad-hoc admin). Personal Assistance – Help with everyday personal tasks: scheduling appointments, ordering gifts, running errands, arranging meals, or managing household logistics. Qualifications

2+ years of C-level executive support in a fast-paced, high-discretion environment Must be local to Orange County Must have AI experience. Highly organized, proactive, and unflappable under pressure Strong presentation skills and experience building high-quality, executive-level slide decks in Google Slides or PowerPoint. Schedule:

Onsite Monday through Friday: 8 am to 6 pm, with flexibility. Must be willing to work extended hours during peak periods (launches, board prep, etc.). Compensation:

$90,000 to $120,000 DOE
