Our goal is to help students make measurable progress faster while enabling scalable deployment across multiple locations. What You Will Be Doing
Deliver high-impact, adaptive reading workshops that systematically develop foundational skills in phonics, comprehension, and fluency Design and implement personalized motivational frameworks that drive engagement through strategically gamified literacy milestones Analyze comprehensive student progress data to continuously optimize instruction and extract actionable insights Partner with our technology team to evaluate and enhance AI literacy tools based on quantifiable classroom outcomes Develop scalable, replicable content that creates personalized reading pathways for diverse learning profiles What You Won’t Be Doing
Following rigid, one-size-fits-all curricula that ignore individual student needs or performance data Spending excessive time on traditional lesson planning, administrative paperwork, or grading Managing overcrowded classrooms with inadequate resources and support Dedicating valuable instructional time to behavior management rather than focused reading intervention Working in isolation without contributing to program development or product innovation Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a scalable, AI-enhanced reading program that systematically enables early elementary students to achieve grade-level proficiency while cultivating a sustainable love of reading. Basic Requirements
Bachelor's degree with specialized certification in evidence-based reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent) Minimum 2 years of demonstrated success delivering small-group reading interventions to early elementary students Proven ability to assess reading levels, strategically group students, and design differentiated instruction without reliance on pre-written curricula Demonstrated proficiency with AI/adaptive learning platforms and ability to respond effectively to student engagement patterns Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship Commitment to work on-site at one of our designated campuses: Tampa, FL; Austin, TX; Plano, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Spotswood, NJ or Dorado, Puerto Rico Locations

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
