Job Summary: As the Senior Product Owner for Digital Content at Caterpillar, you will take ownership of our Product Information Management (PIM) and Content Publishing Center (CPC) platforms; two essential components of Caterpillar’s digital marketing ecosystem. You will drive platform enhancements that elevate user experience and serve as the data steward across multiple systems, ensuring alignment with our Content Supply Chain strategy to enable seamless content delivery. You will lead initiatives and execute projects that streamline marketing operations, improve data consistency across platforms, and enhance how we deliver content to customers. You will work closely with engineering and business partners to scope and execute improvement projects, validate enhancements, and communicate progress to key stakeholders. You will track and prioritize all content initiatives to ensure the most important and time-sensitive items are prioritized while maintaining commitments. What You Will Do

Own the CPC and PIM platform from a business perspective, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical scalability to deliver reliable product content to Cat.com, dealer systems, and other downstream platforms Support integration and data flow strategies within the Adobe application stack as part of the Content Supply Chain initiative Understand how data integrates and flows across multiple applications including how systems connect and interact with each other Lead discussions and facilitate solutions to complex questions related to business data and technical integrations, ensuring alignment across stakeholders Identify and document business requirements for each feature by conducting research, assessing gaps, and prioritizing needs while ensuring alignment across stakeholders Present to developers, stakeholders, and leadership on CPC and PIM initiatives through strong communication skills Work closely with Business Analysts to translate business requirements into technical specifications by consulting on scope, layout, and design Partner with development teams to track delivery, complete validation, and ensure each release delivers maximum value Manage the product backlog by prioritizing enhancements based on changing business needs and target dates Contribute to change management efforts for CPC initiatives, including training, documentation, and stakeholder engagement What You Will Have

Four-year Bachelor’s degree preferably in computer science, information systems, marketing, communications, engineering or related field or equivalent working experience Experience in digital product management Experience in content creation, data integration, marketing content, or as a Product Owner Strong knowledge of business data analysis and data-driven decision making Expertise in API integrations, data modeling, and content syndication workflows Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and communicate effectively with engineering, business partners, and leadership Secure ability to work in Agile environments while managing multiple priorities Familiarity with Product Information Management (PIM) or Content Management Systems (CMS) Working knowledge of Adobe applications, including Workfront and Fusion Product Owner certification (CSPO) or knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) What You Will Get

$126,000.00 - $189,000.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on factors such as location, knowledge, skills, and experience. Salary is only one component of total compensation. Benefits
