We are seeking a client-facing Brand Partnerships Manager to work on the strategy and casting team at Lytehouse. You will work with the Vice President of Brand Partnerships to secure influencer campaigns with measurable results for clients in fashion, beauty, tech, and lifestyle. Candidates should have 3+ years of agency and/or influencer marketing experience and familiarity with social media channels and influencers across platforms. The role requires comfortable handling a sales goal, large budgets, and program KPIs. A background in paid media strategies across social platforms is preferred. Responsibilities
Work with clients to determine objectives, goals, KPIs, strategies and tactics. Ideate and develop creative influencer campaigns, including building sales decks and target lists. Manage multiple client accounts with large-scale programs while prioritizing clients. Demonstrate strong knowledge of the influencer space, influencers and fees. Negotiate budgets and benchmarks for programs. Respond to requests with innovative influencer partnership approaches. Maintain relationships with influencers, agencies and brands. Source, evaluate, and negotiate partnerships with social influencers, content creators and agencies. Identify and cultivate new influencer communities and channel expansion opportunities. Manage client contracts and SOWs. Understand marketing metrics (CPMs, CPEs, ROA) and forecast trends in influencers space. Suggest sales strategies to keep Socialyte competitive and innovative. Review and analyze sales performance (ROI) for future programs. Mentor peers and be a team player who solves problems and gets things done. Skills & Qualifications
3+ years experience in brand marketing / influencer marketing or communications with proven results. Experience with influencer marketing, partnerships, or PR preferred. Self-starter, comfortable with aggressive sales targets and numbers-oriented mindset. Ability to leverage varying levels of influencers (micro to celebrity) for campaigns. Multi-channel marketing experience with understanding of reach, engagement and acquisition metrics. Experience answering RFPs and briefs and collaborating with creative teams. Strong creative and analytical thinking; project management skills. Ability to manage projects independently and build long-lasting client relationships. Fluent in both organic influencer and paid channel strategies. Excellent listening, problem-solving, negotiation, written and verbal communication skills. Desire to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Team player with willingness to get in the weeds and execute. Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills for sales decks; presentation and public speaking skills. Strong work ethic, time management and ability to prioritize and multi-task.
