CRM & Web Marketing Manager — Hybrid - Atlanta Benevis

We’re looking for a data-driven, tech-savvy CRM & Web Marketing Manager to own and optimize our customer engagement journeys and digital web presence. This role will manage and execute marketing automation campaigns via Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and oversee the performance and SEO health of 21 WordPress websites in collaboration with our external SEO agency.

Responsibilities

CRM & Marketing Automation (SFMC): Develop, activate, and monitor automated journeys across Email and SMS using Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Build and maintain customer segmentation, personalization, and dynamic content strategies

Track and report on campaign KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversions, deliverability, etc.)

Continuously test and optimize for engagement and performance improvements

Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other applicable privacy regulations

Website Management (WordPress): Oversee day-to-day operations of 21 WordPress websites

Coordinate with internal teams and the agency to implement regular SEO updates

Ensure website content is accurate, accessible, and up to date

Monitor site performance, uptime, and user experience

Optimize pages for SEO, speed, and mobile responsiveness

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with content, design, product, and analytics teams to align messaging and improve user journeys

Collaborate with third-party vendors and agencies as needed

Provide insights and recommendations to improve lead generation, engagement, and conversions

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree Preferred in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related field

B2C experience preferably in healthcare or dental

3–5+ years of experience in CRM/Email Marketing and website management

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journeys, Email Studio, SMS, Automation Studio, etc.)

Strong working knowledge of WordPress (content updates, plugins, page builders)

Understanding of SEO best practices (on-page, metadata, performance)

Familiarity with Google Analytics, GTM, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog)

Excellent project management and communication skills

Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions

HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

Experience with multi-site WordPress environments

Certification in SFMC or similar marketing automation tools

Basic graphic or UX design understanding

Experience working with external SEO/digital agencies
