The Brand Representative is engaged and provides great customer service by anticipating and responding to customer needs. They are outgoing, stylish, and helpful. They demonstrate a keen awareness of the store environment by remaining approachable and warm. They initiate conversations and connect with customers in a genuine and articulate way, making the customer the first priority. They demonstrate relatable, confident and highly social behaviors on the sales floor that translate into closing the sale. What You’ll Do
