Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related field

Juris Doctor (JD) degree with an active license to practice law

4+ years of patent application drafting and prosecution experience

Registration as a patent attorney with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office

Admission in good standing with a state legal bar

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced degree preferred

3+ years of experience as an engineer or scientist in a technical role

Experience and familiarity with digital signal processors, microcontrollers, processor architecture, wireless communication circuitry, analog circuit design, and/or semiconductor device manufacturing
