We’re looking for a
Senior Social Engagement and Content Manager
to elevate MRI’s thought leadership and global social media presence. This role leads the executive influencer program for the CEO and senior leaders, creating compelling content and engagement strategies to grow visibility and influence across platforms. It also serves as MRI’s global social engagement and content manager, driving strategy, content production and execution across the company. Responsibilities include governance, measurement, and continuous program refinement to ensure global alignment. The ideal candidate is a digital-first strategist and creator with strong storytelling, a global mindset, and a data-driven approach. You Will
Executive Influencer Program Management Develop, manage, and grow the executive influencer program for the CEO and senior leaders. Create an executive influencer program framework for adoption across the business. Develop content strategies tailored to executive voices, including social posts, articles, and thought leadership opportunities. Identify and secure opportunities for executive participation in industry conversations, panels, and media. Define program KPIs and measure and report on performance, refining strategies for maximum impact. Global Social Media Engagement Strategy Serve as the global strategist for social media, aligning regional strategies with global objectives. Lead social media engagement worldwide and develop best practices, guidelines, and toolkits for regional marketing teams. Oversee measurement and reporting for MRI’s global social media efforts, using insights to optimize performance. Apply data-driven recommendations to content, strategy, and channel usage to drive program refinement. Organize and lead a global social media engagement council to enable collaboration and consistency across regions. Evaluate emerging platforms, tools, and vendor relationships to ensure global readiness. Develop, produce and post social media content focused on increasing brand awareness as needed. You Have
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field. 7+ years of experience in executive communications, social media strategy, or digital engagement. Proven success managing executive influencer or thought leadership programs. Deep knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics. Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt to multiple executive voices. Strong project management skills, with experience leading global or cross-regional initiatives. Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to inform strategy and decision-making. Preferred Qualifications
Agency experience in social media and executive content creation Experience in a B2B technology or SaaS environment. Familiarity with social tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or equivalent. Experience managing global social media programs and cross-regional alignment. Knowledge of social media and digital content optimization best practices. Benefits
