hands-on digital marketing leader

first dedicated marketing leader

in the company, shaping the strategy, executing campaigns directly, and laying the foundation for a marketing organization as we scale. For the right person, this role offers

What You’ll Do:

Campaign Strategy & Execution

– Launch and optimize digital campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and beyond. Use AI to accelerate creative testing, scale content, and uncover new growth opportunities.

Customer Engagement & Expansion

– Build digital programs that increase adoption, drive cross-department awareness, and deepen usage among our 100,000+ active users.

Email & Marketing Automation

– Create smart nurture flows, newsletters, and drip campaigns using tools like ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, or similar—leveraging AI for personalization and speed.

Conversion-Focused Copy & Content

– Craft (and test) high-impact emails, ads, landing pages, and in-app messages that generate clicks, sign-ups, and revenue.

Website & Funnel Optimization

– Own our digital storefront: improve SEO, CRO, and the end-to-end funnel from first click to closed deal.

Analytics & Insights

– Use data and AI-driven tools to measure results, scale what’s working, and continuously improve performance.

Collaboration & Alignment

– Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to ensure marketing fuels both customer expansion and new logo acquisition.

What You Bring to the Table:

3+ years of B2B digital marketing experience , ideally in SaaS, training, or EdTech.

Proven track record running and optimizing

multi-channel campaigns

(paid search, paid social, email, SEO/SEM, website).

Strong knowledge of

CRM and marketing automation platforms

(HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce, or similar).

Familiarity with

AI marketing tools

(ChatGPT, Jasper, HubSpot AI, etc.) and how to use them to move faster and personalize smarter.

Exceptional

copywriting and communication skills —you can craft clear, persuasive messaging across digital channels.

Data-driven mindset —comfortable digging into analytics, dashboards, and funnel metrics to guide decisions.

Collaborative, confident communicator who can work seamlessly with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred (but we care more about results than diplomas).
