Overview
Reporting to the VP of BIA, the incumbent will lead and manage the Key Accounts Insights Team, with a focus on developing and implementing standardized reporting, streamlined processes, and advanced analytical tools. The role includes delivering ad hoc analyses and crafting data-driven selling stories to drive growth with key retail partners. Success requires collaboration with internal stakeholders—particularly Sales Leadership—and external partners, including replenishment managers at strategic retail accounts. The incumbent will advance team capabilities and expand the function to enhance organizational value through improved efficiency and effectiveness. Candidates must reside in or around Atlanta to be considered for this role. Key Skills

Business Intelligence and Analytics
Oversee the development and delivery of dashboards, scorecards, and ad hoc analyses that enable sales leaders to make data-driven decisions. Guide the synthesis of Key Account customer sales data into clear narratives and strategic recommendations. Identifying opportunities and engaging with relevant customer contacts to drive action towards same, and managing ad-hoc analyses requests and interactions with Sales team Leveraging tools, systems, and processes, as well as aggregating and using multiple data sources to consolidate key information to create actionable recommendations Fully autonomous on complex analysis and storytelling Strategic Partnership
Act as the primary analytics partner to the VP of and Key Account Sales, contributing to business planning, performance tracking and strategic decision-making. Conceptualizes, develops and implements new tools, processes and approaches to current business processes within team and with the sales team Sources, vets and implements new tools/software that drive ROI for the company Participates in market development activities, including retailer-facing selling, participating in street-level selling crew drives and Distributor customer meetings to:
Provide credibility in the delivery of insights and data as part of the selling story Observe how tools and strategies are being applied in the field Validate the usability and effectiveness of insights in real-world selling environments Gather direct feedback from the sales team to inform tool refinement and future strategy
Translate high-level sales goals into analytical priorities for the team. Assists VP of Business Insights & Analytics with executive reporting and modeling Team Leadership & Development
Lead, mentor and develop a team of four Regional Sales Business Intelligence Partners. Set priorities, drive alignment, and foster a collaborative team culture focused on business impact and continuous improvement. Ensure consistency in deliverables and approaches across Key Account analytics and insights. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner within the Business Insights & Analytics team to align data definitions, tools and methodologies and ensure holistic, integrated insights. Coordinate across cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a consistent data ecosystem. Help evolve data literacy across the sales organization through enablement and coaching Education/Experience
Required: Undergraduate degree in business, math or analytics or equivalent experience 5 years of experience in sales, sales analytics, business intelligence or a related field in consumer-packaged goods (CPG) or retail 2+ years of leading a team Proven success in partnering with sales leadership to drive results Strong command of data transformation and visualization tools (e.g. DOMO) and analytics platforms (e.g. SQL, Excel) Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills Highly motivated individual with strong problem-solving and analytical skill Excellent communication and storytelling skills – able to translate data into action Additional: 9-10 years relevant CPG industry experience Experience within Beverage sales or a high-growth, data driven organization Previous experience working in a continuous improvement-oriented environment Demonstrated success navigating matrixed environments and cross-functional alignment 2+ years experience within good2grow Characteristics for Success
