Director of Project Management

Extension is seeking a Director of Project Management for a Direct Hire opportunity with one of our clients working onsite, located in Jackson, WI. Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers and preconstruction staff. Oversee bidding, estimating, scheduling, and execution to ensure safety, quality, and profitability. Act as a client-facing leader, building partnerships and resolving project challenges. Manage contracts, budgets, and timelines with precision and accountability. Drive process improvements and establish KPIs to improve efficiency and outcomes. Desired Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in construction management, project management, civil engineering, or related field. PMP certification required; OSHA-10 certification required. 10+ years of project management, construction, or civil engineering experience, including 5+ years in leadership. Proficiency in Procore software (mandatory). Strong experience with contracts, blueprint reading, bidding, and leading cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect clients and internal operations. Salary Information Base Salary:
