The University of Missouri School of Medicine Capital Region Medical Center invites an Interventional Cardiologist to join our growing cardiology team in a busy community-based health system. Join 5 Interventional Cardiologists, 4 General Cardiologists and 1 Electrophysiologist Excellent lifestyle with a young, collegial group of cardiologists who work as a team General Cardiology call of 1:8 STEMI call of 1:4 (locum coverage for additional weekends) Practice at both Jefferson City hospital locations – Capital Region Medical Center and SSM Health's St. Mary’s Hospital; no satellite clinics Both hospitals are Level II STEMI facilities Expected volume of 80–100 PCI per year State-of-the-art equipment in 2-year-old Cath labs including IVUS, Shockwave Lithotripsy, Drug Coated Balloons, Rotablation, and Impella Compensation package includes guaranteed base salary with quality and production incentives and additional call pay – outstanding earning potential balanced with great work-life balance Outstanding University benefits including 8% retirement match and family tuition benefits About Capital Region Medical Center
Capital Region Medical Center (CRMC) is a full-service health care system that encompasses a full-service acute care hospital, the area’s most expansive clinic system, a state-of-the-art Cancer Program at the Goldschmidt Cancer Center, a hospital-based fitness facility, home health agency and the only hospital-based inpatient rehabilitation center in the community. The hospital has 100 acute care beds and 14 rehabilitation beds. Referrals come from our 160+ employed providers who staff a system of 32 clinics in an 8-county service area of 225K people.
