We’re seeking an experienced
Staff Product Manager
to lead our
Ads
strategy. You will build the foundation for scalable advertising by integrating with top supply side platforms and partners, designing ad solutions that respect user discovery and learning experience while maximizing ad value. This role is highly cross functional; you’ll collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Marketing to define the product vision, shape the roadmap, and deliver seamless ad experiences across our platform. You can cut through competing demands to focus on the highest leverage ad opportunities. You balance short term revenue wins with long term scalable investments. Analytical Rigor:
You thrive on data. You use insights, experimentation, and metrics to inform decisions, measure performance, and continuously optimize advertising products. Cross-Functional Influence:
You build trust and alignment across engineering, design, data science, marketing, and external partners. You ensure complex initiatives move forward smoothly. Ad Tech Acumen:
You bring practical knowledge of programmatic advertising, SSPs, and ad platforms. You use this expertise to design competitive and effective ad solutions that serve both users and advertisers. What you'll be doing
Partner with product leadership to define the strategy and execute the roadmap for our ad offerings, ensuring alignment with business goals and advertiser needs. Own how video and display ads appear on the surfaces and experiences across our platform. Use data and user insights to prioritize features, track success metrics, and identify optimization opportunities. Continuously evaluate our advertising offering to improve performance and enable innovative ad strategies. Develop a deep expertise in the programmatic ecosystem to guide product decisions and ensure competitive differentiation. Balance short-term wins with long term, scalable investments that grow ad revenue. Champion a test and learn culture of fast iteration and ongoing optimization. Act as the subject matter expert for all things advertising across teams and stakeholders. What you’ll have
While this work is based more on the skills a person has than what they have done, we think a typical profile could include the following: 8+ years of product management experience launching or improving advertising experience or ad tech products. Proven success shipping and scaling ads or revenue generating products. Knowledge of programmatic ad technology and experience partnering with SSPs, agencies, or third party ad platforms. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision making, and translate insights into product ideas and business outcomes. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels. Posting Date

Actual compensation for this role is based on several factors, including job-related skills, qualifications, experience, and specific work location due to differences in the cost of labor. In addition to a base salary, this role is also eligible for equity. Hiring Compensation Range:
