Data Engineer
with
3–4 years of experience
to join our growing data team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building robust data pipelines, working with modern cloud tools, and enabling analytics at scale. What You'll Do
Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines Develop and optimize data models for analytics and reporting Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and stakeholders to understand data needs Manage data quality, reliability, and governance Work with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) to deliver efficient solutions Monitor performance and troubleshoot data workflows What We’re Looking For
3–4 years of hands-on experience in data engineering Strong skills in SQL and Python Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Familiarity with tools like Airflow, dbt, Spark, or Kafka Experience with data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, etc.) Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL best practices, and performance tuning Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Nice to Have
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards Experience working in agile or fast-paced environments Seniority level
