At SHRM, we empower workplaces by supporting HR professionals and organizations in achieving their goals. We are seeking a Senior Specialist, CRM Marketing to join our Brand and Marketing Division. This individual will play a critical role in optimizing marketing-sourced leads within our CRM, ensuring accurate reporting, seamless platform integration, and strategic alignment with sales processes. Through advanced CRM management and expert analytics capabilities, you will improve how leads flow through the sales pipeline and contribute to SHRM\'s mission of advancing people and workplaces.

Responsibilities

The Senior Specialist, CRM Marketing will be responsible for managing and optimizing CRM processes, as well as supporting marketing campaigns and reporting efforts. Key responsibilities include: Lead Management & Optimization: Assist with building CRM workflows and integrations for lead hand-off to sales from various marketing sources, ensuring seamless transitions across supported SHRM audience segments. Collaborate with IT and Marketing Technology to integrate platforms into the CRM such as forms and marketing automation platforms for automated lead hand-off. Inform and optimize lead processes within the sales pipeline to ensure efficient movement and reporting post hand-off. Support lead enrichment, de-duplication, and standardization projects for all marketing-collected data through integrations and third-party platforms. Create CRM campaigns in support of marketing tactics, aligning them with attributed reporting capabilities. Data Reporting & Analytics: Build and manage dashboards and reports within the CRM to track performance data for marketing-sourced leads across SHRM\'s audience segments. Deliver consistent insights to improve marketing tactics and ensure alignment with overall business goals. Support ad-hoc reporting requests related to the marketing-related areas within the CRM. Collaboration: Assist CRM stakeholders with related projects and database optimizations that impact marketing success. Support teams across SHRM with better understanding and navigating the CRM while defining best practices in collaboration with other stakeholders.

Education & Experience Requirements

Education: A Bachelor\'s degree in IT, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required. Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience. Advanced CRM Experience:

Proficient in utilizing CRM systems with expertise in mapping fields across various objects (leads, opportunities, campaigns, etc.). Salesforce.com experience required. Excel, Tableau, or Power BI experience required. Marketing Automation Expertise:

Experience in marketing tools and automation platforms. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Ability to effectively leverage artificial intelligence (AI) tools and technologies to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and improve overall work quality. Data Management Skills:

Strong ability to handle, analyze, and organize data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms. Reporting & Dashboard Creation:

Skilled in creating and optimizing custom reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights. Certifications

Hybrid Position (3 Days In-Office, 2 Days Remote): This position follows a hybrid work schedule, with Tuesday through Thursday in office and Monday and Friday remote. The hiring range for this position is $78,000 to $95,000 per year. This range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the candidate\'s experience, skills, and qualifications.
