As a
Sr Creative Producer , you will lead integrated, multi-channel creative production for Target Creative from concept through post-production and delivery. You will lead sourcing and negotiation of internal and external creative resources including photographers, directors, stylists, crew, editors, motion graphics, illustrators, music and audio partners. You must demonstrate critical thinking to connect and align all work and lead production logistics with an enterprise, guest-focused mindset. As part of the creative production team, you will help build production capabilities and a collaborative culture. Responsibilities
Lead integrated, multi-channel creative production from concept through post-production and delivery. Source and negotiate internal and external creative resources (photographers, directors, stylists, crew, editors, motion graphics, illustrators, music and audio partners). Demonstrate critical thinking to connect and align work and manage production logistics with an enterprise, guest-focused mindset. Help build production capabilities and foster a collaborative culture within the team. Adapt to changing business needs as described in the job description. Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of industry experience Expertise in multi-media creative production including photography, live action video, animation, motion graphics, and post production Ability to manage and execute complex projects in multiple stages and work with ambiguity Strong interpersonal and communication skills Flexibility to travel (weekends included) Four-year college degree or equivalent experience Work Arrangement
This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid ("Flex for Your Day" at Target) work arrangement based on Target's needs. Remote means full-time work from home or another location; hybrid means the core role may be remote or onsite depending on the day. Work duties cannot be performed outside the country of the primary work location unless otherwise prescribed by Target. Benefits & Accessibility
