Overview
This is a fluctuating, part-time opportunity where the work schedule varies monthly based on brand needs and travel distance. The Brand Specialist supports Beauty Barrage’s client brands in various retailers to achieve sales targets, cultivate relationships, and drive brand awareness. Base pay range:
$24.00/hr - $26.00/hr Beauty Barrage is a full-service strategic sales management team with our Field Team servicing doors across North America. We work with leading beauty brands and provide in-store support at retailers such as Sephora, ULTA, Bluemercury, and more. We have over 200+ beauty professionals servicing over 3,000 doors in the U.S. and Canada and were named to the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies. Job Responsibilities
Achieve sales goals for assigned brands Represent brands within an assigned territory and retailers to drive sales and brand awareness Establish and develop strong relationships with store teams Educate and train store staff on brand knowledge Execute interactive product demonstrations Ensure product merchandising meets company standards Provide critical feedback through survey responses Leave a positive lasting impression after each store visit Qualifications
Minimum 2 years beauty retail experience Passionate about the beauty industry and knowledgeable of the in-store retail environment Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence Must be able to motivate others and work as part of a team Must be available on weekends Beauty savvy and able to represent the company image that is polished and professional Must own a vehicle and be able to travel within territory Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds What’s in it for you?
