Responsibilities
Write and publish a wide range of content assets, including blogs, ebooks, case studies, webpages, whitepapers, videos, and social posts. Maintain and manage content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and product launches. Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across all content and channels. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate technical or complex concepts into engaging and easy-to-understand content. Optimize content for SEO and discoverability across search engines and digital platforms. Create and/or edit video content and design visual assets to support content distribution. Analyse content performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms, and refine strategies accordingly. Manage content distribution through email newsletters, social media, and partner channels. Conduct regular content audits to identify gaps, refresh outdated materials, and ensure alignment with business goals. Coordinate with internal teams (product, design, sales) to support integrated marketing campaigns. Support internal communications by creating FAQs, knowledge base articles, and team collateral. Requirements
Content creation in Canva, Fastr Workspace, and HubSpot. Familiarity with Figma for collaborative design and content layout workflows. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Video editing experience in tools such as iMovie, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro. Bonus: Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite tools, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
