Job Overview The Digital Solutions Specialist is responsible for leading and coordinating digital transformation initiatives set by the organization. They work closely with cross functional teams to develop solutions, meet timelines, and implement initiatives to meet site goals. The Digital Solutions Specialist will directly report to the Sr. Manager, Operational Excellence.
Responsibilities
Execute the application, development, and enhancement requests for business software platforms within the current business software suite. This will require conducting meetings with internal and global business stakeholders, prioritizing requests, creating solutions, and driving efficiency gains.
Support process mapping with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and opportunities.
Liaise with MIS/IT, Insights, Analytics & Data, Product Owners, External Service Providers, and System Admins as needed.
Support change throughout implementation, and provide continued support.
Provide training as needed.
May support in all other areas of the E-Business suite not specifically designated above.
Provide management reports on project statuses, KPIs, and enhancements.
Other duties relating to departmental mission, not specifically detailed in this section may be assigned.
Qualifications/Skills
Experience with Smartsheet, Power BI, Power Automate, SAP, Minitab, Teams, Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, or others not listed here.
Experience with AI beneficial.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Smartsheet Certification, Project Management and/or Agile Certification preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to work in a team environment, or alone.
Able to work quickly and effectively under pressure and to efficiently handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Education, Experience & Licensing Requirements Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Business or Operations Management, or relevant field
Travel Requirements: Typically requires travel less than 5% of the time

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
