What You’ll Do
Owning and supporting the day-to-day operations of our Cybersecurity Program, including and coordinating the following areas:
Cybersecurity Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC)
Privacy Ops
Product Security
Security Operations Center (SOC)
IT Security
Incident Response
Co-own the Cybersecurity Roadmap with leadership.
Manage a small team responsible for GRC, Product Security, SOC, and Incident Response.
Partner closely with IT and Engineering teams on cybersecurity needs.
Build and maintain processes and controls, and prioritize risk remediation effectively.
What You Have
Leadership & Influence:
Demonstrated ability to lead people (2+ years in leadership roles, even without a formal management title), high emotional intelligence (EQ), and experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders. Experience as a leader in product or program management is a plus.
Security Acumen:
Well-rounded cybersecurity experience across a full security program in fast-moving technology environments. You are the player-coach for all cybersecurity specialties: GRC, Product Security, SOC, Incident Response, and more. Experience managing cybersecurity programs in technology-rich environments is a plus.
Process & Execution:
Experience building new processes and/or controls, and the ability to maintain established operations.
Compensation and Benefits The national cash compensation range for this role is $190,000 - $230,000 per year.
