Bright Data is launching a flagship San Francisco hub centered on AI and community. We’re seeking a high-energy, service-oriented Operations and Office Manager to be the heartbeat of our onsite experience. As an Operations & Office Manager, you’ll blend onsite office operations, hospitality, workspace management, and provide administrative support for Bright Data’s employees to help the site run smoothly and feel amazing. In addition, you will provide logistical support for frequent meetups and workshops. You must have a “get things done” mentality, thrive in fast-moving environments, and be passionate about the employee experience. This is a full-time, onsite role; occasional flexibility is required around events and build-out. Responsibilities
Own daily onsite operations, employee logistics and admin support:
front desk and hospitality; access/badges; mail/shipping; office supplies/equipment; space maintenance; occasional lifting/moving for setups. Lead workspace design and furnishing:
source/select furniture and décor; manage vendors, timelines, installations, and budgets. Oversee office-side onboarding/offboarding logistics:
pre-boarding, first-day experience, workspace and equipment setup with IT, and exit logistics. Provide logistical support for frequent events:
room setups, audio/visual (A/V), refreshments, RSVPs/check-in, swag, permits, and post-event wrap. Own procurement and finances:
purchase orders, invoices, and expense tracking. Coordinate executive and guest visits:
travel/itineraries, schedules, and onsite hospitality for visiting executives, customers, and partners. Qualifications
3+ years in workplace/site operations, office management, or event logistics in a tech or high-growth company; new site launch experience preferred. Proven success running onsite operations and hospitality while supporting end-to-end event logistics in a fast-paced environment. Experience leading workspace design/furnishing projects, including vendor management, sourcing, installations, and budget ownership. Tech-savvy; proficient with Google Workspace and Slack; basic audio/visual and IT coordination skills. Exceptional communication and service orientation; highly organized, detail-focused, with a strong “get things done” mentality. Fully onsite role; comfortable with occasional extended hours and light physical tasks. Authorized to work in the United States.
