Responsibilities

Coordinate with marketing and sales professionals to implement innovative campaigns for branding or product launches.

Develop marketing collateral, assist with customer presentations, manage the internal SharePoint site, and contribute to social media channels to ensure brand consistency.

Discover effective marketing channels and relay product messages via appropriate media platforms.

Support outbound and inbound marketing activities in areas such as events planning, advertising, optimization, and content development.

Plan, organize, and coordinate development of proposals, qualifications, client presentations, internal publications, and multimedia marketing collateral.

Produce high-quality graphic design for sales and marketing materials.

Develop and coordinate sales and marketing collateral including brochures, datasheets, tradeshow materials, and websites.

Collaborate with the proposal manager and business line sales to ensure proposals meet client and company requirements.

Participate in proposal strategy sessions, kickoff meetings, reviews, and planning meetings.

Provide editorial and coordination services to create clear, readable documents and maintain brand standards.

Coordinate marketing activities across corporate offices, business lines, and functional groups.

Ensure adherence to corporate brand and quality standards; comply with all policies and global standards.

Communicate effectively with audiences including management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.

Abide by company policies and perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Promote personal safety and the safety of others; report hazards and incidents as required.

Qualifications Necessary qualifications, skills, and abilities

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field

3 to 5 years of experience in quality assurance; energy industry preferred

Two+ years of experience in Marketing Communications in the oil and gas industry or related sectors

Ability to maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and timeliness; motivated team player capable of meeting deliverables

Detail-oriented, self-starter, able to work with little supervision while meeting goals

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present information clearly and concisely

Effective communication with staff, management, customers, vendors

Willingness to assist with corporate events and travel occasionally on weekends

Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple requests from different stakeholders

Proficiency with MS Office; working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop

Additional Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities

A plus experience with InDesign, Canva, Microsoft SharePoint, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and/or video editing

International travel for marketing events may be required; must have the ability to obtain a valid passport
