Executive Protection Agent - Corporate (Day Shift) role at Crisis24, a GardaWorld company. The EP Agent operates on one of Crisis24’s exclusive teams, responsible for the day-to-day operations of the detail and the implementation of protective strategies, policies, and procedures. The lead agent acts as the trusted, senior point of contact for the client. A proactive approach and strong communication skills are essential for this dynamic role. Location: Dallas, TX. What You Will Work On

Ensure the overall safety and security of protectees and key representatives/employees Provide Secure Transportation Operations and advance work for protectees Effectively build relationships and communicate with key staff and employee stakeholders Maintain discretion and confidentiality Work irregular or extended hours (shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays) Travel with client when needed Collaborate with intelligence and investigations teams, global security operations center assets, other private security firms, and local law enforcement to identify and mitigate threats Detect and report suspicious activity and security vulnerabilities to key personnel Operate in a dynamic, multifaceted, and fast-paced environment Provide general observation of the client’s office suite, inspect and ensure physical security equipment is functioning (doors, cameras), respond to security threats (including active shooter emergencies within the office suite), and assist facilities management with access control Provide written reports detailing security incidents and maintain routine communication with Corporate Security and Facilities Management What You Will Bring

Current Guard Card for the State of Texas BLS/CPR/AED current certification 3+ years of experience in Executive Protection, ERT, RST, or PSD with strong EP/close protection coverage for UHNW individuals Participation in random drug screenings Maintain physical readiness to respond to an attack or hazard Professional and friendly communicator with a positive attitude and commitment to excellence (customer service or hospitality background preferred) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Prior military or law enforcement experience providing physical security, emergency response, surveillance detection, and secure transportation preferred Prior training in incident response, emergency medicine Desired But Not Mandatory
