Overview
Restaurant Marketing Specialist position at Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers. This field-based role focuses on traffic growth, brand building, active community engagement, and local marketing initiatives. The role supports customer marketing requests, trade area-level canvassing, and brand-building efforts across Region 3 (R3), located in Louisiana and Mississippi.
Responsibilities
Execute divisional marketing priorities, including trade area planning, fundraising coordination, and managing partnership requests through the Community Request System (CRS).
Support new market entry and restaurant openings through planning, canvassing, and local team coordination.
Manage catering outreach and influencer requests by coordinating with Regional Partners and support postorder follow-ups.
Support and execute local ACI activations across R3.
Deliver campaign execution, KPI tracking, validation efforts, and successful rollouts.
Support competitive blunting, brand building, and traffic-driving initiatives in focus markets.
Monitor sales trends and program results in emerging markets, ensuring an effective local marketing approach.
Support onboarding plans, maximize partnerships, and assist with special restaurant-level projects.
Execute national brand and influencer activations as needed.
Travel Up to 40%
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
1+ year of marketing experience; live within an assigned area in or near New Orleans, LA; detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage shifting priorities; self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills; able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively; able to perform the physical requirements of the role, including heavy lifting and walking and standing for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; possess a valid driver’s license; proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
