Position Summary

The qualified candidate will perform duties and responsibilities necessary to support students on dates and times to be announced. Qualifications

PEL, SUB, or ELS preferred Ability to thrive in a self directed position Good rapports with adolescents Requires organizational, clerical, and technical skills Knowledge of Google platforms and proficient word processing is required Knowledge of spreadsheets and working with database information Requires skill in both written and verbal communication as well as the ability to collaborate with staff members, students, & families BA or BS degree required Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Oversight of the ACT Prep Program Pull and package data reports from the program Responsible for student supervision during collaboration hours Report with student attendance during collaboration hours Review students program goals Contact students and families with updates on the intervention Work individually with students to motivate and support them in the program Ability to respond to questions from individuals or groups Recognize student achievement May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor Knowledge and Skills

Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents such as correspondence, surveys and electronic media Ability to write professional communications Ability to communicate clearly and concisely Ability to complete and apply basic mathematics concepts Ability to respond to questions from individuals and groups Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships Physical Demands and Work Environment

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and the ability to adjust focus. In addition, the ability to withstand long-term use of video display terminals (VDT) is required. The employee may occasionally lift up to 30 pounds such as reference books. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The pace of work tasks would be considered as fast. Work is usually conducted at one job site, however, on occasion, this employee will be required to attend meetings, conferences, or workshops and events at other sites as assigned. Direct Questions
