We’re looking for a Senior Media Specialist who’s excited to lead execution and optimization across the Google ecosystem (Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Display, etc.) and paid social (Meta, TikTok, and more). This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of hands-on campaign management experience who’s ready to take on greater responsibility, contribute to strategy, and grow. You’ll own day-to-day campaign management, surface insights that shape strategy, and present recommendations directly to clients, while collaborating with analytics, creative, and account teams. You’ll also work closely with senior leaders who’ve been in the trenches of performance marketing. What You’ll Do

Campaign Leadership & Optimization: Take ownership of planning, launching, and managing campaigns across the Google ecosystem and social platforms Monitor campaign performance, proactively identify opportunities, recommend optimizations, and implement changes independently Support audience targeting, ad copy development, keyword research, and creative testing Ensure budgets are pacing properly and aligned with client goals Develop, analyze, and interpret performance reports (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions), providing clear recommendations Partner with analytics, creative, and account teams to deliver campaigns that drive results Join client meetings as a subject-matter expert - presenting results, explaining optimizations, and contributing to forward-looking strategies Learning & Growth

Stay up to date on platform updates, industry trends, and new ad products Document testing results, learnings, and campaign strategies to inform future work Bring curiosity and creativity to problem solving and performance optimization Strengthen client-facing skills by preparing performance narratives, fielding client questions, and serving as a trusted partner under the guidance of senior leadership What We’re Looking For

Must-Have: 2–3 years of hands-on campaign management experience in digital media (agency or client-side) Strong proficiency with Google Ads (Search, PMax, YouTube, Display) and Meta Ads Manager (TikTok, LinkedIn a plus) Familiarity with core digital KPIs and ability to translate data into actionable insights Strong organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail Comfortable working with data in Excel/Google Sheets A proactive, curious, solution-oriented mindset Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred Nice-to-Have: Experience implementing advanced A/B testing frameworks for optimized campaign performance Experience using tracking systems, pixels and attribution models, building reports on Looker Studio Advanced knowledge of GA4, and hands-on experience with Google-tag manager and Conversion API Why Join GainShare?
