Base pay range
$115,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr This range is provided by ConsultNet Technology Services and Solutions. Our client is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to design, build, and execute marketing automation solutions that deliver personalized, data-driven customer experiences. This role collaborates with marketing, sales, and technical teams to translate business objectives into campaigns, journeys, and automations that drive engagement and measurable results. Responsibilities
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective Marketing Cloud solutions. Build and manage multi-channel campaigns, customer journeys, and automations using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Advertising Studio. Create and manage data extensions, audience segmentation, and subscriber lists for targeted communications. Develop dynamic content, personalization logic, and A/B testing strategies to optimize engagement. Configure advanced personalization and automation using AMPscript, SQL, and HTML. Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.). Generate reports and dashboards to track campaign performance, user engagement, and overall effectiveness. Collaborate with Salesforce admins and developers to integrate Marketing Cloud with CRM and other platforms. Maintain documentation of campaigns, workflows, and technical processes to support knowledge sharing. Stay current on Salesforce Marketing Cloud product updates and digital marketing best practices. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Systems, or related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Proficiency with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio. Strong understanding of data management, segmentation, and campaign reporting. Experience with HTML, AMPscript, and SQL for customization. Familiarity with mobile, SMS, and multi-channel campaign execution. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across technical and business teams. Experience with Agile methodologies using tools such as Jira. Preferred
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Marketing Cloud Administrator certification. Seniority level
