Overview (continued) We are seeking a
Marketing Communications Executive
to play a key role in the daily operations of our MarCom team. This position will support the development and execution of content strategies across various platforms, including social media and PR. Responsibilities include creating compelling content, assisting with event organization, managing social media channels and ensuring all communications align with our brand identity. We need someone with a collaborative spirit and a passion for crafting engaging messages that resonate with our audience.
Mission The Marketing Communications Executive is responsible for supporting the Marketing Communications Director and the internal team in building and executing marketing communications campaigns to grow the brand and achieve business results for YouNet.
What will be your responsibilities?
Content Management & Development (30%)
Produce and publish content on social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to promote the activities and products of YouNet Group and its member companies.
Support the development of communication content under the guidance of the Marketing Communications Director.
Digital Channel Operations (20%)
Manage YouNet Group‘s owned media channels (Website, Facebook, LinkedIn).
Act as an administrator, responding to comments and messages, and forwarding potential customer information to the CRM department.
Event Communications Support (20%)
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and freelancers to execute the group‘s major events.
Design Support (20%)
Create basic graphics for articles and communication content (basic design skills required).
Administrative & Reporting Support (10%)
Attend meetings, write meeting recaps, and track the progress of marketing team tasks and activities.
Prepare reports and clipping reports on marketing activities.
Handle marketing department paperwork (contracts, acceptance reports) with vendors in accordance with YouNet Group procedures.

JOB REQUIREMENTS Education
Bachelor‘s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
Knowledge
Foundational knowledge of digital marketing channels (social media, websites, email marketing) and PR principles.
Basic understanding of brand management and how to maintain a consistent brand voice.
Knowledge of project management processes and tools
Skills
Communication & Writing Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English. Ability to craft engaging and compelling content for various platforms.
Design and Creative: Basic graphic design skills (using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator) to create visuals for social media and articles.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze social media metrics and prepare simple performance reports.
Collaboration: A team player who can coordinate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
Experience
1-2 years of proven experience in a similar role, such as Marketing Executive, Communications Assistant, or Social Media Coordinator.
Experience in managing social media accounts for a brand or organization.
Previous experience in event coordination is a plus.
Personality
Proactive: A self-starter who takes initiative and is willing to learn and adapt.
Detail-Oriented: Meticulous and thorough in their work, ensuring accuracy in all content and paperwork.
